How to remember your own power...

Sometimes we forget how powerful we really are, but if I can leave my clients with anything, it's this:

You can do this. You can get through it. I know, because I did too. I thought that I could never be happy again. I wouldn’t be able to live the life of my dreams or feel happiness, but I did and I am now.

You will go up and down and around and around, but you will get there. It doesn’t matter how long it takes, just as long as you don’t stop in the sadness for too long.

Start today. Breathe. Let yourself be you with no conditions. Let all the stuff wash over you and through you and let it go. Nothing has power over you, nothing, except the thoughts you think. Now that you know that, make sure you're picking good thoughts.
